December 14 is the deadline for students to enter their work in the TK20 system for assessment. Faculty should encourage students to submit the work earlier if at all possible.  For assistance with TK20, please contact Tim Sutton at Tim.Sutton@unt.edu.

UNT students and graduates are invited to an information session to Learn about TaLK (Teach and Learn in Korea). This is a Korean government supported international voluntary program for individuals who seek to expand their multicultural experiences and would like to teach English to young Korean learners.

Dr. Casey Barrio Minton was profiled in the November issue of the American Counseling Association's monthly publication, Counseling Today.  This publication reaches the Association's nearly 45,000 members in the U.S. and worldwide.

The College of Education at the University of North Texas is scheduled for a Spring 2010 accreditation review by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). 

Chwee Li Chng Faculty Teaching Excellence Award

Dr. Chng came to UNT in 1981. His large classes enroll over 600 students last year with one section of over 300 undergraduates. His evaluations are always very high and he has been honored three times by students and faculty for his teaching quality.
