College Ambassadors

UNT College of Education recruiter Renee Foster, second from left, with the 2018 college ambassadors. The College of Education Ambassadors program is an opportunity for outgoing, friendly students who possess a love for UNT and the College of Education to help others, promote the college, recruit new students and serve as positive role models.

Ambassadors share their experiences in the College of Education with prospective students, current UNT students, alumni, and the UNT Denton community. They represent the college at outreach events and assist with various college-wide programs.

Each semester, Ambassadors are expected to work a number of college events, including Preview Day and Homecoming. They are current undergraduate students in good academic and disciplinary standing with the university. Ambassadors receive valuable training and develop skills in problem solving, team building, interpersonal communications, promoting diversity and public speaking — all highly sought after skills in today's workforce.
