The faculty members in the Educational Administration Program are committed to excellence in providing quality and innovative educational experiences that meet the specialized and advanced training needs of educational professionals pursuing masters and doctoral degrees and certification in school administration. We strive to challenge our students to think creatively in organizing educational programs and solving problems to be encountered in the real world. The faculty recognize the centrality of high quality teaching in our mission, the importance of scholarly productivity contributing to the body of knowledge in our discipline, and the necessity of professional service to enhance the working relationship with our constituencies. The program is dedicated to supporting both the public and private educational sectors by providing advancement and application of knowledge through research and creative activities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond.
