an appointment with your academic advisor to complete a Teacher
Education Admission application. The form is also available on our
website. If you started with another Educator Preparation Program with
another entity, you will have to complete a state mandated form before
you can be admitted. You can download the form our office at
940-565-2736 if you get a blocked message stating that you are blocked
from registering for your teacher education courses.
- The Student Advising Office will process your application form within a week of receipt.
- Once
you have been accepted into the Teacher Education Program, you will be
eligible to register for teacher education courses. Please contact
940-565-2736 if you are blocked from registering for your teacher
education courses.

The University of North Texas does not offer a Bachelor's degree in
Secondary Education or All Level Education. You must major in the
teaching field that you are planning to get certified in.
