• Darrell Hull of the Educational Psychology department for "Childhood Resiliency Effects from School-wide Treatment in Belize City" funded by InterAmerican Development Bank.


• Bertina Combes, Smita Mehta, Endia Lindo of the Educational Psychology department for "Training Effective Leaders for High Needs Schools thru Local Patnerships" funded by the United States Department of Education.


• Mary Harris of the Teacher Education and Administration department for "Teach North Texas" from the Texas Instruments Foundation.


• Rossana Boyd of the Teacher Education and Administration department for "Alonzo Bilingual/ESL Teacher Education Scholarship Program" from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.


• Arminta Jacobson of the Educational Psychology department for "Texas HIPPY Corps Initiative" from the OneStar National Service Commission.


• Jean Keller of the Kinesiology, Health Promotion, and Recreation department for "Leadership in Education Alignment Program(LEAP)"


• Amy Fann of the Counseling and Higher Education department for "American Indian, Alaska Native Community College Student Success and Transfer Exploring Promising Practices of Tribal Colleges and Native American Serving Institutions" from the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation.
