There are several masters degree programs which allow an emphasis in gifted education. It is possible to specialize in gifted and talented in the Masters of Science in Educational Psychology, the Masters of Education in Special Education, and the Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. The Educational Psychology degree is 100% online. The masters requires you submit appropriate GRE scores plus program application materials.
Masters of Science in Educational Psychology with an emphasis on the Gifted and Talented. This 36-hour program can be taken 100% online. In addition to the gifted courses, students learn about human development, testing, theories of learning, psycho-social aspects of children, research and more. There are scholarships from the College of Education and the Graduate School that can be applied to masters programs. The university also provides scholarships to multicultural graduate students. Many of these scholarship programs have specific deadlines. There are no specific scholarship for graduate students studying GT .
