Indiviudals interested in gifted education, talent development, the personal flourishing of the gifted, and related topics have several choices as to training or resources. It is possible to take a single class, enroll in the UNT Graduate Academic Certificate in gifted and talented education (not the same as state teacher certification), prepare for state certification in gifted and talented, earn a masters with a concentraiton in gifted and talented in educational psychology, special education, or curriculum and instruction, or earn a doctorate with a focus on giftedness in curriculum and instruction.
