Programs

Our GAC, Master's and Doctoral programs provide comprehensive and evidence based practices in the field of autism. An integral component of our program is our collaboration with the Department of Behavior Analysis at UNT. Students enrolled in any of the Master's or Doctoral programs in Autism could work toward a BCBA certification in addition to their special education degree. Similarly, students in Behaviour Analysis also enroll in special education courses. Integration of courses work between the Special Education and Behavior Analysis programs offers our students a comprehensive background in the field of autism.

We offer a Graduate Academic Certificate in Autism Intervention (GAC-AUTI).  Additional detailed information.

We offer a Master’s Degree (M.Ed.) in Special Education with Specialization in Autism Intervention.

We offer a Ph.D. in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism.  Review general information regarding a doctoral program in Special Education.  Annually, the Autism team reviews applicants for the doctoral program for admission in a Fall semester.  Currently, the due date for all application materials is July 15th each year.  However, please contact the program for any updates to this procedure.
