UNT Graduate Academic Certificate in Gifted Education
Students who do not want a masters degree, but just the training in gifted education, both individuals within Texas and those from other states or countries, should apply to the UNT Graduate school as Graduate Academic Certificate in Gifted Education (GACT-GATE) candidates.
This route to GT training does not require GRE scores for admission. All of the courses can be used later in a masters program. The restrictions for use of the courses are: a 6-year time window for use, reapplication to the Graduate School for masters or doctoral status, and admission to a related
