A fund to provide scholarships for graduate students in higher education administration at the University.

Requirements:

1. Meet the minimum entrance and continuing academic performance standards of the Department of Counseling, Development and Higher Education in effect at the time of any award;
2. Maintain full time enrollment at the University, unless they have fewer than twice the number of semester hours required to be full time remaining in their degree program;
3. Enroll as a student in higher education administration at the University.
