A fund in honor of Dr. Doris Rhea Coy, to provide 2 five hundred dollar ($500) scholarships for masters level students in School Counseling Education, Development and Higher Education which will utilize a Scholarship Committee of as least three (3) faculty members to administer the application and selection process for the scholarship, in accord with this memorandum and all University policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Must meet the minimum entrance and continuing academic performance standards of the College of Education and the program of Counselor Education in the Department of Counseling Education, Development and Higher Education.
2. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
3. Must be a full time masters level student.
