'76, Dr. Ray Braswell, Denton, TX is the Superintendent of the Denton School District, and was chosen as the 2009 Superintendent of the Year in District XI.
'08, Dr. Angela Sheely, Montclair, NJ is an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Educational Leadership at Montclair State University. She pursues research on multicultural applications of school-based play services and counseling interventions.
'89, Dr. William Coppola, Kingwood, TX is the Vice President of Instruction at Lone Star College. Dr. Coppola was the honored recipient of the Administrator Award of Distinction for LSC-Kingwood's chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at the recent International Convention in Grapevine, TX.
'01, Dr. Leah Brew, Tustin, CA is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Counseling at California State University, Fullerton. She is the  president of the Western Association of Counselor Education and Supervision and has authored many publications.
‘05, Judge James DePiazza, The Colony, TX serves as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Denton County. His two master’s degrees from UNT tie directly to juvenile cases that come before his justice court and also help him give supportive information to couples whom he marries.
'63, Dr. Martha Ellis, Austin, TX is the  Associate Vice Chancellor for Community College Partnerships at the University of Texas System. Prior to joining the UT System, Ellis was president of Lee College in Baytown, Texas.
'84, Rick Herold, Grand Prairie, TX is the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Grand Prairie, which recently received the National Parks and Recreation Associate Gold Medal, the highest national award that a parks and recreation department can receive.
'96, Dr. Shu-Chen Kao, Taiwan, is the Director of the Doctoral Program at the National Changhua University of Education. She is the Founder and President of the Association for Taiwan Play Therapy, recognized as the leading play therapy pioneer, researcher and authority in Taiwan.
'08, Christina Moore, Fort Worth, TX is a physical education teacher at M.G. Ellis primary school where she helps children develop physical skills and a love for movement to combat increasing rates of obesity in later life.
'75, Richard Marquez, Dallas, TX is the President of Texans Can!, an organization dedicated to providing a second chance for at-risk youth and their families to achieve economic independence and hope for a better life through relationship-based education and training.
'06, Dr. Kay Trotter, Denton, TX is the founder of Equine Partners in Counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor, national certified counselor, registered play therapist and a certified equine assisted counselor with the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association.
‘39, Arthur Amundson, Austin, TX, earned his Industrial Arts Education degree at UNT and taught for many years. He is currently retired from the Austin Independent School District and supports College of Education Scholarships for Teacher Education.
'03, Rosemary McGreer-Lengefeld, Houston, TX is the Senior Program Director at the Perry Family YMCA. She oversees the Wellness and Aquatics Departments as well as a variety of other programs.
'03, Dr. Rebecca Lothringer, Denton, TX was named Director of Admissions at UNT.  She also serves as the UNT Admissions Assembly Delegate for the College Board and on the state Apply Texas Common Application Committee.

'72, Joyce Pennington, Salado, TX is the President and CEO of American Dance/Drill Team, a company presenting quality dance education through summer camps, inter clinics and competitions around the United States.

'73, Dr. Charles Carona, Dallas, TX is the Dean of Education at Dallas Baptist University.  Dr. Carona also has 35 years of experience as a teacher and administrator in the Highland Park and Richardson ISDs.

'00, Dr. Telena Wright, Flower Mound, TX was recently named Superintendent of Argyle ISD.

'89, Dr. Diane Taylor, Stephenville, TX is an Associate Professor of Curriculum and Instruction at Tarleton State University.  She was also recently appointed by Texas Governor Rick Parry to serve on the continuing Advisory Committee for Special Education.

'75, Dr. Stephen Waddell, North Richland Hills, TX is the Superintendent of Birdville ISD.  He was chosen as the 2009 Superintendent of the Year for Region 11.

'03, Suzi Kagan, Tel-Aviv, Israel is the Founder and President of the Israeli Association for Play Therapy.  she is also a professional counseling consultant for the Israeli national TV show Super Nanny.

'00, Dr. Heather Bowles, Washington, D.C. is currently an epidemiologist at the National Cancer Institute in the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences where she directs a program of research in physical activity monitoring and measurement methods.
 '63, Thelma Wells, Dallas, TX is the founder of A Woman of God Ministries.  Thelma is a prominent international speaker, author and a trailblazer for black women.  As a student at UNT, she was a member of the first group of girls to integrate the school's dormitories.

'00, Dr. Eric D. Malmberg, Houston, TX is the Campus Manager of the Texas Woman's University - Institute of Health Sciences, Houston Center.

 '71, Dr. Tito Guerrero, III, Cambridge, MA has recently been named President of Cambridge College.  Dr. Guerrero was most recently the Vice President and Associate Provost for Diversity at Texas A&M University.

 '95, Kristin Farmer, San Diego, CA is the founder of Autism Comprehensive Educational Services, a system of California-based educational centers that teach life skills to individuals with autism.
